I was honored by NAMI Northern Nevada to have one of my passion portraits as an award-winning finalist.
In this honor, I am truly so grateful to spread this art and its message to more people - to show connection without saying a word and to highlight the LGBTQ+ community (speech video).
As always, many thanks to all the participants from the Fractured TRANScendence project. But, an especially big thanks to Tina and Willow for being the individuals who touched the hearts of so many in the room.
Many people came up to me and loved the visual and spoke of what it meant to them. For that, I am inspired that something like this can leave such an impression beyond those who created it!
