Our teams service the Reno/Sparks, NV & Orlando, FL areas. If hired for a project out of our typical service zone, a travel fee may apply to your project. For an indoor studio, we offer a private experience in the Sparks Home Studio (NV) (located near Bud Beasley Elementary). For the Orlando area, a studio rental can be coordinated for you by the FL Team. If you do not know where to have your video or photos captured, we can help you! We have a list of great spots in the area.

Payment in full is due to book your session. Once your payment is received, your session is reserved in our calendar. Sessions canceled within 24 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We accept credit card and PayPal online, or cash and check in person. Payment in full is due at the time of booking. Payment plans are available for larger campaigns and projects.

Personal License – The photographer has the title and ownership of the photos taken, but the client is given usage rights for personal utilization. This means that the client can share, print, and display copies of the photos on social media, in their home, etc. The client is not allowed to collect or charge money for their photos to another buyer (i.e., Getty Images) and cannot be used in advertising. The photos cannot be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed since the rights remain with the photographer. Commercial License – The photographer has released a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the client for advertising, promotion, commercial display, magazines, books, broadcasts, and other forms of publication. The client cannot resell, relicense, or redistribute without permission from the photographer.

In basic retouching, I do quick fixes to your photos to improve the final product. These quick fixes include brightening faces and spot removal. Premium retouching is more more advanced and time consuming. In this service, I remove wrinkles, acnes, scars, brighten eyes, whiten teeth, and perform skin smoothing techniques.

Turnaround time for standard media delivery is two weeks (if not quicker). Real estate media is typically delivered in 2 - 5 business days. For videography, expected delivery is 4 - 6 weeks. If a custom turnaround window has been quoted for your session, that quoted window is what will be held. Need it faster? Rush orders are available for an additional cost.
