On June 13, 2021, Jessica, owner & creator of Jessica Frituras Catering, was on her way to debut her new food trailer at Nona Adventure Park as one of the vendors for the event. While on her way to the park, a reckless driver cut her off in her lane, which caused Jessica and her family to swerve on the highway. The food catering trailer flipped over tumbling everything inside - luckily no one was hit by the trailer. However, Jessica is devastated by this after pouring her dream, business, and savings to build it.
