Service Description

SESSION INFORMATION â–ª 1/2 Day session ANY backdrops + ALL wardrobe changes. â–ª Props, lighting, & flats on request. â–ª Includes UNLIMITED images with retouching service. â–ª Expect a half day of a photoshoot session a minimum of 60 - 90 minutes to select your images at separate appointment. â–ª Commercial license agreement provided on delivery. Cancellation Policy

[DEPOSITS] Deposits are required to reserve your session! For sessions $1,000 or under, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours of your appointment, otherwise it will automatically be cancelled. [CANCELLATION POLICY] Canceled sessions valued at $600 or less are subject to a $50 cancellation fee if canceled in less than 24 hrs. For sessions $600+ that are canceled in less than 10 days, client is subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This does not apply to Themed Photoshoot Mini Sessions since décor and equipment is rented for the day. Should a cancellation be done in less than 72 hours notice, then a credit for the amount of the session will be given to the customer. [LATE APPOINTMENTS] Late fee of $20 per 30 minutes of tardiness applies. [DELIVERY TIME] Turnaround time for a standard one-hour photography session is two weeks (if not quicker). Themed Photoshoot Mini Sessions are generally delivered in 5 business days or less. For weddings, a sneak peek will be provided in 24 - 72 hours. Wedding galleries are delivered in 30 days. If you need your photos faster, please use the rush-order add-on service. For videography, delivery time is expected within 4 - 6 weeks.
