    vEcotourism is a fantastic site that allows its visitors to virtually visit wildlife in many areas of the world. Jump into this experience to learn about wildlife, the locations, and conservation through audio and visual tools. Not only is this a cheap way for you to “visit” an area, but you are also reducing the impacts of ecotourism.     MRes Disseration: “Improving Methods to Quantify Grooming and What This May Tell Us about Grooming Partners: A Case Study with Japanese Macaques (Macaca fuscata)” Summary: Grooming is most commonly quantified by measuring the duration and frequency of grooming bouts (e.g. Carne et al., 2011; McFarland & Majolo, 2011). Current methods to quantify grooming do not incorporate information about the quality of the grooming – this may be an absolutely fundamental parameter to measure. I developed and implemented novel methods in order to quantify grooming quality. Please contact me for a copy of my master’s dissertation to read about my research.
